Private Jets Payments After you send a request by email or fill the contact form at our website you'll get a response with a quotation (offer) for the selected option. Our team will put selected aircraft under option.
Payment of 100 % should be made within 7days before departure. Upon the payment is made, you need to send the confirmation to the agency by e-mail: unless you have paid by credit card in which case the agency receives payment confirmation automatically.
After the payment verification or your credit card authorization, you will receive an e-mail with written confirmation and all the relevant information about your flight. Received e-mail confirmation is also a written proof that you have reserved for Silver Star transfers.
Canceling the Private Jets and helicopter booking
The Customer can decide not to proceed with the contract, but he/she will need to pay the Carrier following costs:
20% of the agreed price of transport - in case of cancellation of the ordered transport within 30 days to 15 days prior to the date of the ordered transport,
30% of the agreed price of transport - in case of cancellation of the ordered transport within 15 days to 7 days before the date of the ordered transport,
60% of the agreed price of transport - in case of cancellation of the ordered transport within 7 days to 1 day before the date of the ordered transport,
100% of the agreed price of transport - in case of cancellation of the service is ordered within 24 hours before the start of the ordered transport
The above-mentioned penalty will never be less than 2,000.00 euros or as individual contract drawn up and signed by both parties. All information is subject to change depending on the individual contract.
